Jodha has over 35 years of professional services experience with specific expertise in tax preparation, tax reviews and financial audits. As a graduate from Harvard University, a Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and after obtaining a PhD in Accountancy from the Arizona State University, Jodha is a highly sought out subject matter expert in complex financial modeling and business valuations.

I’m a New Jersey native with a passion for real estate that began more than 20 years ago when I first read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki. That book completely changed the way I thought about money, investing, and building long-term wealth. From that moment on, real estate became more than just an interest—it became a path I knew I wanted to pursue.
Academically, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a double major in Management and Marketing, along with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Business. Professionally, I’ve spent the past 25 years working in Corporate Sales, where I developed the discipline to build and execute strategic business plans, evaluate opportunities carefully, and stay focused on long-term results. Those skills have carried directly into my approach to real estate investing.
Over the years, I’ve owned 15 properties across the East Coast and invested in many other real estate opportunities.. My approach has always been centered around identifying opportunities others may overlook—finding the “diamonds in the rough” and transforming them into valuable assets through thoughtful strategy, strong operations, and long-term vision.
One of the things I value most in business is the power of partnership. I firmly believe that when the right people come together—each bringing their unique skills, experience, and perspective—the results can be far greater than what any one person could accomplish alone. Real estate is a team sport, and building a strong network of partners is one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.
At the core, what drives me is being of service to others. I enjoy creating opportunities for people to grow their wealth while building something meaningful together. Real estate allows me to combine strategy, relationships, and long-term vision in a way that benefits everyone involved.
I’m also a proud father of three kids who mean the world to me. A big part of my motivation is building a legacy—creating generational wealth and opportunities that allow my family to thrive long into the future.
